Physical Requirements
• General office duties
• Ad hoc travelling to branch/subsidiary sites may be required
Responsibilities
• Responsible for the company’s overall IT operations in terms of hardware, software and related matters.
• The initial response to requests for 1st level support from staff and managers is immediately.
• Immediate escalation to next level of support personnel where the issue cannot be resolved.
• Timely and professional responsiveness to all requests for support and with no valid negative feedback.
• Keep well documented and updated case notes on all tickets on daily basis.
• Maintaining IT assets and software license – audit, control, update, maintain and record the log.
• Work as a team member to collaboratively resolve end users requests and technical issues with other team members, partners and vendors.
• Undertake ad-hoc assignments or duties assigned by superior when required.
Job Purpose
• Responsible for manage the information technology needs and systems of the company, including installing and upgrading software, ensuring systems security, involves in IT projects and troubleshooting computer issues throughout the organizations.
Working Conditions
• General office environment
• May require overtime or off-normal working hours during peak periods
